her day started out super sweet with donuts from Daddy…(a new tradition on saturdays, but we made a special trip for her birthday)
ava had been counting down her birthday for months…”how many more days until my birthday” was a daily question…
ella let her borrow her cupcake skirt that she had sewn with mommy’s help…i think it was perfect for the occasion…
ella and daddy escorted ava to disneyland while mommy and mia took care of adam at home. baby brother was just too small for the magical kingdom this time around…while I was super sad i missed the outting, the girls had a blast with daddy…Ava came home with the cutest minnie suitcase and backpack she had purchased with her birthday gift card she got from disneyland for going on her birthday.
we finished up the day with a barbeque, gifts, and cupcakes. Ava invited great-grandma and grandpa over and we all enjoyed celebrating our sweetest little 4 year old…she said opening her gifts was her favorite part of the day! (they are out splashing in the little inflatable pool she got yesterday, making puddles on the tile, and leaving the cutest little butt watermarks on the couches)…
