my sweet girl picked out some cute clothes( yup she styled this shoot)

and went to play…

this little guy is busy…happy…go…lucky…the. sweetest. baby. boy. on. the. planet….busy babe…
he loves the explore the home…he is always finding things to crawl through…he esp. loves tight little places…future spelunker i am thinking…
he also loves crawling UP things…
like the stairs…
with a giggle…when the gate is down…because he knows he is not supposed to head up them by himself…
oh, hey…look, it is Mom…she can’t get me…na na na na na na…
back down on the ground, his next favorite thing is walking around like a short…short…short little old man…
he started taking little steps at like 8.5 months…

he has this whole frankenstein gait to him…I love it…i hope i never forget the way it looked…

every love has a story…
made up of pages that are written by the days we live and love each other…
my life has some amazing pages…full of really…really…good stuff…pages that tell of 3 beautiful little girls…and one handsome little boy…
there are the pages that every girl wants to flip forward to…the one full of excitement, passion, romance, beauty…the time when i was first married…the day we dream about as girls…
the kinda day amanda has been looking forward to with such anticipation…
her love has a great story…unique to her and jeff…and all their own in every detail…
the day started out with getting ready at home…I love that Amanda had her sister Natalie (a very talented stylist) come to the home to help her prepare for her big day…
after some getting ready at home…we headed to the venue…the springfield banquet center in downtown fullerton…
to finish getting ready and catpture some wedding day details…
love the sentiment here…
due to the wedding timeline, amanda and jeff decided to see each other before their ceremony…
I love the look on his face when he turned around to see his beautiful bride…
after a few minutes together, we headed to a local park to photograph all the portraits…
since amanda and jeff had already seen eachother before the ceremony, we took advantage of getting all the family, bridal party, and bridal portraits done. It took a huge amount of stress and rush out of the day!
all the lovely ladies…
this was not only a big day for amanda and jeff…but also for jeff’s two darling little kiddos…
his beautiful little girl…
and his little guy here among Jeff and his men…
these two are so blessed to have found each other…i loved hearing the story of how they met…
they fell in love over written words and the sound of each other’s voice over the phone…
the first time they met…they knew they wanted to be with each other forever…
a beautiful beginning…
may you always have reasons to kiss, laugh, and love each other…
amanda you are such a classic beauty…

I am coming out of the flurry of the holiday photo sessions and am finally caught up on blogging!
Ok…shooting babies…never an easy task…shooting 2 babies at the same time…forget about it…
I think I burned 5,000 calories at this shoot 
worth it?
YES! of course!!! Without a doubt! How lucky I feel to have been asked to photograph such a special pair…

santa’s sleigh must have been flying in overdrive to hual this baby to our backyard on Christmas Eve…
15 feet of pure bouncy bliss…
Santa brought along a little sanity for Mommy with this gift this year…whenever I need a moment of relaxation…whether it is doing dishes watching out the back slider (oh yeah…I know how to pamper myself)…or a moment to listen to giggles from the office…this trampoline is just what the doctor ordered!
i think I have shared on here how my ava has styled her hair 3 times with 3 different pairs of hidden scizzors…
i am patiently waiting for it to grow back…and keep a close eye on those scizzors…
i know…it is overcast…my babies are dressed for summer…they just won’t keep their clothes on…i pick my battles
we stopped the jumping for a few minutes so the little bull of the woods (that was for you grandpa clifton ), could safely play too…
he loves being in on the action…
check out those 2 front teeth…he is sooooo cute if I do say so myself..
(ava was done with baby on the trampoline time and wanted to get rough again…)
we did and then we got lots more of these faces…
and some of these from baby…
so we let him back out again!
we will be enjoying this one for years to come…
