on the eve of a new year…

we ventured out on a beautiful evening to an old city that was jeweled with twinkling lights and joy, hope, and magic filled the air…

the look of awe on her face pretty much sums it up…the mission inn of riverside…it is amazing…

after walking through the lights, we took our 3 little princesses and little prince on a carriage ride through the lights…

each of them were given a cute little glass slipper…

and they all enjoyed the royal treatment…

Grandma Jeri came along to enjoy the evening!

We had fun watching the ice skating, listening to live music, all the smells of fresh donuts and gingerbread cookies being baked…

I enjoyed a few of the stunning window displays on many of the cool shops in the city..

ava was taken by this neat little light show on one of the store fronts…it was like snow falling…really cool…

I just enjoyed taking time to enjoy the last day of the year watching my kids run and play and take in the magic of the holidays…

I know this year has so many blessings in store…

Happy New Year!

Where did you get her patchwork coat! It is the cutest item of kids clothing I’ve seen. Period.
