Bryan Hall
Bryan Hall is the oldest extant campus building, having been constructed in 1907 and named for William James Bryan, a United Sates Senator from Jacksonville. Bryan is conjoined on the north with Suwannee Dining Hall and Jennie Murphree Hall.
Can you dorm with the opposite gender FSU?
The presence of guests of either gender shall not deny access or entry into the living unit, nor shall visitation cause any undue hardship on any other resident of the room, suite, or apartment.

No. Hot plates, deep fryers, toasters, grills, or any other appliance that have exposed heating elements are NOT permitted in any on-campus residence hall (HPT, GPT, IRT, PAR, UVA, BPWSH, IVAN, IVAS).
Are pets allowed in FSU dorms?
Pets are not permitted in the residence halls except for fish in small bowls or aquariums that are limited to a 30–gallon capacity.
When was FSU Landis Hall?
1939
Landis Hall was completed in 1939 and was originally designated as a Seniors Hall. The building later became a coed facility.
